Just because we're called "Cheesecake Unlimited" doesn't mean we're just a bakery. We're actually a full-service restaurant with some of the tastiest food in town. We just happen to have unbelievable desserts, most of which we make from scratch. Like we said, we're big on fresh. We get many of our vegetables from a local farm. If we can promote sustainability and support our local economy at the same time, sign us up. Plus, every order that comes through the kitchen is made that instant. There's a constant buzz of dicing, slicing, cooking and blanching. We don't use a ten-day supply of diced vegetables or any of that pre-cooked stuff. Even our fried foods are "fresh." We make our own beer batter and use zero trans fat oils in all our fried foods. Leave it to us to invent fried food that's fresh.
